I formation Twin TE set.  (must have a good run blocking FB and your #2 TE needs to be able to run block also)

*Stretch -- Look for the outside, unless they bring their saftey down, then quickly cut it inside for a LONG gain with no one in your way

*Sweep -- Set this up with the Stretch, then take the toss and cut straight up the field.  If they are bringing pressure up the middle to stop your running game, this will give you a ton of 50+ yard runs.

(Speedy running back is nice to have here, but not required)
